Ranked as the number one impact investor in cleantech in Europe in 2022, named one of the top ten active investors in deep technologies by Sifted in 2023 and recognised worldwide as the most active investor in sustainable energy, EIT InnoEnergy supports innovations in a wide range of fields, including energy storage, transport and mobility, renewable energies and sustainable buildings and cities.
EIT InnoEnergy has 180 startups in its portfolio, and relies on a network of more than 1,200 partners and 29 shareholders. EIT InnoEnergy spearheads three strategic European initiatives: the European Battery Alliance, the European Green Hydrogen Acceleration Centre (EGHAC) and the European Solar and Photovoltaic Alliance (ESIA).
